This team is responsible for handling company secretarial & corporate governance matters for clients of the Firm. We perform company secretarial tasks (organizing and attending shareholder meetings, board meetings etc) and advise on corporate governance issues for listed companies, financial institutions, institutional investors, private equity players, underwriters, board committees, board of directors etc.

The team covers the full spectrum of risk management/corporate compliance issues as companies across all sectors face increasingly complex compliance challenges in a variety of areas, with the risk of reputational damage, civil liability, enforcement action and even criminal prosecution when things go wrong.
