Faridah has advised on the acquisition of banks, non-banking financial institutions and power companies; the establishment of bond issuance programmes and the structuring of mergers and acquisitions in Nigeria. She advised on the first state government sukuk in Nigeria and was also on the team that advised the Federal Government of Nigeria on the first sovereign sukuk issuance in Nigeria. She has advised on several debt issuance programmes and public offers. She has also advised on the equity and debt financing of start-ups in sectors ranging from finance to technology and real estate.
