Mayank is a banking and finance partner focused on leveraged finance, corporate finance, projects finance and distressed lending. He has worked on some of the most cutting edge and market leading transactions across a range of jurisdictions across Eastern Europe, Africa, Middle East and Asia.
Mayank has significant experience in advising large financial institutions, private equity sponsors, state-owned and privately-owned companies on a variety of international financing transactions.
Mayank previously worked at K&L Gates in London, and Mayer Brown, White & Case and Deutsche Bank in London.
He is a Partner in Cornwalls – a firm that TOLG closely works with in Sydney.
